FRANCHISE FILMING COVID-19 GUIDELINES:

Items to be provided on set:

• Masks
• Gloves
• Disinfectant Wipes
• Paper Towels
• Disinfectant Spray
• Hand Sanitizer

1. All videographers, producers, directors, and clients/visitors on set or at the office will not be allowed on set if they have a fever or a cough.

2. Masks and gloves will be worn by all cast and crew on set at all times. With exceptions of actors when on camera or when cast and crew break for lunch. Masks and gloves will be available for all cast and crew members as provided by the CorporateFilming.net Team.

3. All equipment will be disinfected at the beginning of the shoot day and at the end of the shoot day. Each equipment piece will only be operated by one person. If the equipment needs to change hands, that piece of equipment will be disinfected before switching hands. All cast and crew must wear a mask and must wash or sanitize hands before touching props, costumes, or set materials. During filming, the cast may use these items without wearing a mask.

4. All props, costumes and set materials must be disinfected before first use on the set, and between uses by different actors. Where feasible, the cast will bring their own props (i.e. cell phone) and costumes to avoid sharing. All cast shall wash or sanitize hands when beginning the filming of a scene and not touch their face during the filming session. Any crew that must interact with the set or cast must also wash or sanitize their hands at the beginning of filming and must wear a mask.

5. The crew will be as minimal as possible. Typically this will include cameraman, producer and production assistant.

6. All cast and crew members must drive separately to maintain social distancing. Cast and crew will maintain 6-feet at all times. Break areas will have furniture placed 6 feet apart with tape indicating where each piece of furniture should be placed to maintain social distancing. When interviewing, the interviewee will be kept a minimum of 6 feet from the camera crew. All cast performing work in which they cannot wear a face covering (i.e. actors) should strive for a minimum of 8 feet of social distancing during rehearsal or performance. Any work, including scenes, requiring cast or crew to be closer than six feet must be as brief as possible and cast must be as silent as possible to avoid spreading droplets through talking.

7. The crew will be using zoom lenses whenever possible. Lavalier mics (mics that are placed on the interviewee) will not be used to maintain safety. Instead, boom mics will be used.

8. Temperature checks will be done to everyone before they are allowed on set. If anyone has a fever or is displaying any signs of flu or cold, they will not be allowed on set.

9. Bathrooms will be disinfected every 4 hours to maintain safety. Cast and crew will be allowed frequent breaks to wash their hands. Frequently touched objects (i.e. tables, doorknobs or handles, printers, props, common equipment) will be disinfected using EPA approved disinfectants. Such surfaces should be cleaned at least three times a day.

10. Scripts, shot lists, call sheets, etc. should be digital to avoid the passing of papers.

11. Food will be boxed individually. No self-service food. Any food or snacks will be always wrapped (i.e. chips, fruit snacks, etc.)

12. There will always be a daily Safety and Health Safety Meeting. Regular safety meetings for specific activities throughout the day will be organized. Health specific safety reminders will also be given. Posted signs will reinforce health advice throughout the location. Several boxes of masks, hand sanitizer, gloves, and disinfectant wipes will be dispersed throughout the set.

13. Where feasible, all workspaces shall have one-directional traffic (separate entrances and exits) to prevent contact or crowding near doorways.
