The Problem: We wanted to humanize our team during COVID-19 with story driven content of our lives, experiences, and passions to drive sales and recruitment.
The Solution: We decided to have a six-hour film day with our COVID-19 Safety Department where we take new headshots, conduct video interviews and capture fun video clips!
With over 83% of marketers saying video helps drive leads (Article), our team knows that this needs to be a focus in 2021 and beyond. Harvard says that 95% of consumers buy based on emotion, not facts (Inc.com) – so our marketing team here at CorporateFilming & FranchiseFilming knows to hit on the story over and over with our clients.
Hence, the photoshoot day – now it is OUR time to tell you OUR story.
We gathered our main core team and executed the following:
– New Headshots for the website & email signatures
– Video Interviews to be cut down into 60-second pieces of content
– Filmed fun and quirky footage of us dancing and having fun
One of our mottos is: “People work with fun people.” So why not show us having fun?
This will help us close sales faster because they feel connected to our brand, help us recruit better people that fit our culture, and help us beat the other (Not so fun…) video production teams out there.
